If you've visited my Facebook page lately, I have posted about Dolphin Princess: Treacherous Waters (Book 3 of the Dolphin Princess series) still being available to pre-order on barnesandnoble.com

I'm happy to report that there's only one month left until the book's official release on February 29, 2020 (Leap Day 2020). It's hard to explain this excitement with words--I'm just so happy. : )

As for Book 4, it's still being worked on. Book 4 is still in the "write an outline" stage.

REDUCED PRICE on Book 1!

As Christmas draws near, I wanted to get into the spirit by making a special announcement.

Lately, I've been looking back at the books I've written through Barnes and Noble Press. I know that when I had first started, I had priced my first book at around $23, because I was thinking about the business side of things: printing costs, royalties, etc. However, with Book 1 well over a year old now, I figured that it was time to make a change for the better.

So, from now, I have changed the retail price of Dolphin Princess from $23 to $19.90 for the following reasons:
1. That's the lowest that I'm allowed to go on the retail price, according to B&N Press recommendations.
2. It's been over a year since the book's official release; so, it would make sense to lower the price.
3. The new retail price is reasonable for both me and B&N Press, since the publisher takes care of printing and handling.

This new price will be permanent, so that my book can be affordable, and that more and more people can enjoy the series.

Finally, as 2019 draws to a close, I want to thank my friends and family for their ongoing support. It means the world to me.

So let's make 2020 a blast!

Book 3 DONE! Release Date Coming Soon!

Hi there!
It's been a while since I wrote my last blog post. But believe me, there's a good reason for it.

I've been working to finalize the manuscript and cover design to my third book, Dolphin Princess: Treacherous Waters. And now, I'm very excited to tell y'all that the book has been submitted to Barnes and Noble Press.
So now, I'm waiting on the following things:
1. On making a official release date (I can't tell you guys yet)
2. On getting my contributor's copy of the book (which I will do another Facebook Live on my Facebook page)

As soon as I have all those things together, I'll give you guys more info!

But for now, I just wanted to say how excited I am to have another book coming out in the future. : )

Yep! I'm creating hashtags for the Dolphin Princess series!

What are hashtags, you may ask?

Well, you may see them in social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, even LinkedIn, etc.) All you have to do is insert this sign (#) before a word (or two or three words)...
EXAMPLES (these are some of the hashtags that I use on Instagram):
#collage
#collageart

...and you'll see that they're linked to so many other posts or references--Essentially, the more posts and references that that word or phrase is featured in, the more viewership you'll get.

So, with #dolphinprincessseries (my hashtag for the Dolphin Princess series), I want to create that publicity, so that I can get more eyeballs--more viewership, more of that chance of people buying my book(s).

In hindsight, it's a type of business strategy. A lot of companies/businesses, nowadays, utilize the power of social media, so that they can get more customers.
