Thank-You Note to Cherry Coke

Dear Cherry Coke,
I'm glad that you're my choice of soda, my choice over a cup of coffee--You're my cup of joe. When I wake up in the morning to start a day of reading and writing, you'll be waiting for me in the fridge, waiting to indulge me with your great taste and perks.

I had first met you at Peter Piper Pizza, when I wanted something to drink after chasing my oldest nephew around the play area. At the time, you were just a generic brand of Cherry Coke (not Coca-Cola), but that was enough to get me hooked to your goodness. You made me feel happy that day; and from that day on, you've been my go-to drink. You hold the memory of me and my nephew having fun that day, and I am thankful.

As I take another sip of you, I'm writing this note to you, just to say thank you.
